The Rainier Scholars program helps keep bright minority students on the path to success in school and life and is one of the most successful of its kind. At LEV, we had two summer interns from the program.
Rainier Scholars commit to attending summer classes, doing extra work, and pledge to graduate from both high school and college. In interviews with scholars, many said that the extra work is all part of helping them reach their goals, whether they dream of becoming a herpetologist or going to MIT.
