Chris Korsmo, CEO

It is just over three weeks until our Annual Breakfast! Thank you to those who have already registered to attend. If you have not had a chance to register yet, there's still time!

If you are following the legislative session, make sure you have our education bill tracker bookmarked. You can also sign up to receive my Weekly Roundup Friday emails.

We are thrilled to release an infographic depicting the tenets of our vision, A Way Forward. Please take a look and, if you agree, consider sharing our vision with your friends and family.

Thanks for all you do for kids. We couldn't do it without you.

A continuum with seamless transitions

A Way ForwardWe believe that a child's education should be a continuum with seamless transitions from early learning through postsecondary education. We are pleased to release our infographic depicting our vision, A Way Forward.

Basic education must include early learning, strategic investments in teacher compensation and professional learning, and at least two years of postsecondary education for each Washington student.

Every Child Deserves a Great Start

A strong start for all kids.We believe that, as part of a continuum of public education—cradle to career—high-quality early learning can close the opportunity gap before it begins. Investing in early learning today means investing in the firefighters, scientists, musicians, teachers, and moms and dads of tomorrow.

Tell the Washington State Legislature that you support a strong start for all kids.
